What equipment do I need?

Mountain bike in good working order, safety equipment (helmet, gloves, eye protection), bike maintenance supplies, and water bottles or a hydration pack. Visit our equipment list

How do you decide who is on the team?

A core value is that our team is inclusive. There are no try outs. We accept any fitness, endurance or skill level. We have ride groups that practice at all levels and train in those groups.

When does the season start?

Official practices start this year in mid-July and races are held in the fall.

Do girls ride?

ABSOLUTELY!
We have a great group of young women who ride on the team.

When and where are the races?

Races in 2024 are scheduled from August 24 – October 13. Details about our upcoming races can be found below. 

Where do you practice?

We practice on trails in various locations around the Twin Cities, such as Salem Hills Park and Battle Creek Regional Park.
